Welcome to Alabama's trusted, first class horse training program. We have been providing high caliber cutting horse training to all types of owners and competitors for more than 15 years. Our diverse background from ranch work, roping, reining, and reined cowhorse enables us to provide a complete training program that produces well rounded, solid, long-lasting horses.
We are devoted to meeting our clients needs, offering in-house colt starting, horse evaluations, horse sales, riding lessons, and complete show services.
Our mission is to produce horses and involve clients that we are glad to represent both in and out of the show pen. We value achieving success through excellent horsemanship. Scheer Performance Horses is operated by T.C. & Brandi Scheer. T.C. leads the training program. We aim to use excellent horsemanship to develop strong foundations, starting in the colt breaking pen, followed by methodical processes to help horses become successful competitors!

Brandi keeps the inner workings of SPH running smoothly. She deals closely with customers, the needs of their horses, and is an expert in managing the smallest "behind the scenes" details. She coordinates daily activities between TC and clients both at the barn and shows.
The youngest member of the team, BA is an expert in both areas of his field.
Sage is in her second year with SPH. She is knowledgeable about caring for horses and excels at preparing them and keeping them fit. The daily pace at SPH flows efficiently due to her ability to keep things moving and get things done.
Show Loper
Alexis began show loping for SPH over a year ago. Her extensive experience as a loper has been an asset ever since. She is key to horse preparation and executing stress free days at the horse shows. She is always eager to help, cares for each horse as her own, and always knows exactly what each customer needs to be fully prepared to enter the show pen.
